Artemis has assembled an incredible team of highly skilled and experienced botanists, desert specialists, and authorized desert tortoise biologists to provide an array of services supporting the SunZia Southwest Transmission Line Project. Many of our crew are Arizona locals with decades of experience specializing in the flora and fauna of the area, bringing an incredible level of expertise to what is an incredible project! The SunZia Southwest Transmission Line Project is an extensive 550-mile bi-directional 525 kV HVDC transmission line spanning south-central Arizona and New Mexico. Artemis’ portion of the work alone, Segments 1 and 2, covers more than seven counties and nearly 200 miles!
