Artemis Employee Spotlight: Congratulations Kyle Gunther!

Man in desert

Kyle Gunther recently celebrated his three-year anniversary with Artemis, and what an amazing three years it has been! To say Kyle has bloomed as a biologist is an understatement; this botanist-by-trade has full on blossomed (yes, pun intended!) and has definitely earned his promotion and title change from Associate Biologist to Biologist. Kyle has put in countless hours getting on-the-job experience and taking various training courses and workshops, including classes at the Sea and Sage Audubon Society, desert tortoise workshops, Jepson workshops, and learning to do basic wetland delineations with the Wetland Training Institute. Over the past several years here at Artemis, Kyle has assisted on burrowing owl surveys, plant salvage surveys, wetland delineations, habitat assessments, desktop analyses, construction monitoring, nesting bird surveys, rare plant surveys, and fairy shrimp surveys, to name just a few of the things he’s been up to. That’s a ton of hard work and amazing experience he’s added to his repertoire, and we are so proud to have him on the team! From all of us: Congratulations Kyle!!!
